AGM Notice

The AGM of Strata Plan #368 will held on Thursday 12 February beginning at 7:00 PM at The Family Life Centre, 22 Academy Way, Georgetown. Follow this link to download the Notice, the Agenda and a Proxy Voting Form: http://www.mediafire.com/file/hemj3yljnm1/Notice_Agenda_Proxy_ AGM_2009.pdf

During the AGM, there will be a presentation and discussions on expanding the baclonies and incorporating the area of the common hallways into the individual apartments. As this proposal represents a great way to increase the value of the apartments for a modest investment, all owners are encouraged to attend.

Hi Ray,

Are any plans or costings available prior to the meeting? For those unable to attend it is difficult to instruct a proxy when it is not known what will be proposed.

If nothing is available prior to the meeting then I assume any proposal that will affect all unit holders will be postponed and put to the owners at a later EGM, with the AGM just used to put forward the various ideas and gauge interest?

Thanks!
Mark

Ray - I posted a comment on here previously but it either got dropped or wasn't confirmed by the moderator?
Are any files (budget/plans for proposed works)available pre-AGM so that those not able to attend can instruct their proxy accordingly. Thanks,
Mark
